🚭 Non-Smoking Policy

All indoor rooms and facilities are strictly non-smoking. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. Guests who smoke inside rooms will be charged a cleaning fee.

💳 Payment Policy

A down payment is required to secure your reservation. All payments are strictly non-refundable. We accept cash, GCash, and bank transfer.

👴 SC / PWD Discount

  • 20% discount on the VAT-exclusive amount
  • VAT is fully waived per RA 9994 (SC) and RA 10754 (PWD)
  • Valid government-issued SC / PWD ID required at check-in
  • Discount applies to accommodation only, not third-party services

🎒 General House Rules

  • The resort is not liable for loss of valuables not deposited for safekeeping
  • Damaged or lost linen and room items will be charged accordingly
  • Extensions are subject to room availability
  • Noise curfew is observed after 10:00 PM in residential areas
